Samson will be providing a 2-10 Home Warranty on our active residential listings during the listing period for our sellers! Use the materials in your listing presentations, put notes about Warranty Coverage in MLS, gift your buyers with a lock change. This protects our sellers, reduces agent liability and gives peace of mind to both buyers and sellers in the transaction, especially when we are not seeing many home inspections in contracts!
It feeds from SkySlope, so to be eligible for coverage, your file has to be active with listing documents in the checklist BEFORE the claim. Not after. You also have to complete the required fields of SkySlope (names, MLS number, property address, etc). Your property will not be covered if you do not have it in SkySlope or you have N/A in any of the fields.
HVAC/heat pump coverage is a $50 add-on. You may want to add it in the hotter months of the year! You will get an email the property is enrolled asking if you would like to add it.
