A Mentor’s role is to provide hands-on guidance through an agent’s first two buy-side and one listing-side transactions. They offer support in learning how to prospect for clients, work effectively with buyers, and navigate essential processes such as buyer agreements, market analyses, listing presentations, and MLS entry. Mentors also assist with marketing properties, preparing and presenting contractual documents, negotiating terms, managing contingencies and deadlines, and ensuring accurate submission to Samson Brokers and Accounting. As the agent’s first point of contact, the Mentor is there to answer questions and provide critical support every step of the way.
