If the Team Lead qualifies for Cardinal Club, all team members are also granted Cardinal Club status. (either 8 closed deals or $3m in volume within the last 12 months)

Additionally, Cardinal Club Team Leaders pay NO additional team fees of any kind for their team. Any splits or team plans are solely up to the Team and how they choose to operate.
