Mentor Program

A mentorship is REQUIRED unless you have closed 2 Buys and 1 Listing in the last 3 years.
A Mentor’s job is to guide you through your first 2 buy-side and 1 listing side transactions. They will help you learn how to prospect for clients, work with buyers and complete buyer agreements, complete market comparisons, complete listing presentations and listing agreements, list properties in the MLS, market properties, fill out contractual documents, present contractual documents to clients, negotiate terms, fulfill contractual contingencies, meet deadlines, complete proper submission to Samson Brokers and Accounting, and more! The mentor is the first line of defense and is there to answer your questions.​

    70% REALTOR®, 30% mentor
