We are really set up to train new agents. Most of the systems we have put in place are designed to get them from “hey I have my license…now what?” to closing transactions. We teach them what to say and how to say it. We teach them everything from new construction, mechanicals of a home, some lending, paperwork, and how to market themselves. We provide Lofty CRM, business cards, marketing materials, and a quarterly magazine sent out to their previous and potential clients as well as quarterly cards. Right now we provide the first 90 days of fees to Samson as well. For listings we pay for the signs, riders with their names on them, photography and videography, occupied staging consult. We also send out closing gifts to both buyers and sellers after closing.
